MIXING Mix 4 Parts ACL1700-1 Just Clear Urethane Clearcoat to 1 Part BCL1702-4, BCL1703-4 or BCL1704-4 Just Clear Activator. APPLICATION Apply 2-3 medium wet coats at 35-40 psi or (8-10 psi at the tip of gun when using HVLP), allowing a 10 minute flash between coats at 77F.
DRYING AT 77 DUST FREE 15 MINUTES TACK FREE 30 MINUTES TO DELIVER 18 – 24 HOURS TO BUFF 18 – 24 HOURS FORCE DRYING FLASH TIME @ 77 F 15 MINUTES BAKE TIME @ 140 F 30 MINUTES Allow a 1 to 2 hour cool-down time before wet sanding or buffing after force drying.
