Description
This 0.035″ (0.90mm) 4-flute ball nose carbide end mill is manufactured by Kyocera from micro-grain solid carbide for high precision CNC machining applications.
Ball nose end mills are designed for 3D contour machining, detailed finishing work, and precision micro-machining. The rounded cutting tip allows smooth machining of curved surfaces and fine details while producing excellent surface finishes.
The bright (uncoated) finish performs particularly well in aluminum, plastics, and other non-ferrous materials. The 4-flute geometry increases rigidity and improves surface finish quality during finishing passes.
