Description
Is your Coats tire changer struggling with a locked-up table or inconsistent movement? This aftermarket Coats 85608497 replacement transmission gearbox is a common and effective solution for these issues. It’s specifically designed to address the worn internal gear that often causes such problems in Coats rim clamp machines.
This comprehensive unit comes complete with the pulley and is engineered to fit most Coats rim clamp tire changer models. It also supersedes older part numbers 185654 and 8185654, making it a versatile replacement option.
For optimal performance and longevity, we highly recommend replacing the rotary coupling when installing this new gearbox. This unit requires 80W-90 gear lube for proper operation.
Note: May not fit APX90
