Xtract melamine floor pads are made of an open-cell polymeric foam that produces
outstanding results when cleaning floors. The Xtract floor pad can help you to:
Effectively clean VCT, terrazzo, tile,
concrete and epoxy floors
Remove black scuff marks from floors
Restore tile and grout without using
harsh chemicals
Reduce overall cleaning costs

What types of floors can I clean with the Xtract pad?
Use on ceramic and porcelain tile, VCT, epoxy, smooth concrete, synthetic wood flooring, terrazzo, stone, and rubber floors.

Does this pad replace my daily cleaning pad?
No, Xtract is a specialty pad designed as a problem solver for tile and shallow grout or other problematic areas where removing soil has become difficult. For example, this specialty pad is ideal for use on restroom floors. Xtract also does an excellent job of eliminating black scuff marks without removing finish.

Should the Xtract pad be used wet or dry?
For optimal results, this specialty pad should be completely saturated. A fully saturated pad not only cleans better, but will greatly increase pad life.

What is the life expectancy of these pads?

When used on smooth surfaces, the life expectancy of the Xtract pad is up to 5,000 sq.ft. The longevity of this pad is reduced when utilized on uneven surfaces or when solely
focused on grout lines. Assuring pad is fully saturated with water will ensure full life of the pad.
