This 0.0625″ (1/16″) diamond Flute carbide router bit features a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, .400″ length of cut, 1/8″ shank, and 1.50″ overall length. Sold individually, this solid carbide router is designed for precision routing in abrasive laminates, PCB materials, and composite sheet goods.

The diamond Flute down-cut flute geometry is well suited for routing materials such as FR-4, G-10, fiberglass, carbon fiber, phenolic, laminates, and similar abrasive composites.
