General Specification

• Designed for sliding door applications
• Variable backsets available: on applications with cylinders, there will be two backsets (one to the thumb turn and one to the cylinder)
• Allows the door to be locked onto the floor (VRB) or up into track or header in the ceiling (VRT)
• For use with flush pulls or accessible hardware
• For single door openings (or double door openings if independent locking is desired)
• Features locking capability without a protruding strike (strike options available)
• Ideal for use in both residential and commercial settings
• Pair with different trim options to best fit the design intent and specific project requirements.

• Specify 9500VRB to lock into the bottom, 9500VRT to lock into top.
• Vertical dimension: from centerline of cylinder or thumb turn to finished floor.
• 2-1/2 minimum backset recommended.

Ordering Guide

Vertical Rod Set Only – Cylinder Sold Separately

**All trims will be pre-selected as part of the included set. For further customization options, please refer to Accurates website and/or Contact Us for the next steps.**

1. Specify backset:

   For all functions except 9500VR-1 and 9500VR-2, specify backset to thumb turn and then cylinder will be located 1-3/16 away
   (E.g. Thumb turn backset: 5, Cylinder backset: 3 13/16)
   For 9500VR-1 and 9500VR -2, specify backset to the cylinder.
   ADA: Minimum 5 backset to thumb turn on barn door applications.
   Flush Trim: Min. 2-1/2 backset to thumb turn

2. Select a finish: Note: Cylinder sold separately. Standard finishes are limited. Custom finishes may incur additional cost and extended lead times.

3. Determine handing (if applicable): Refer to the handing chart for guidance.

4. Specify door thickness: Standard configuration is designed for 1-3/8″ or 1-3/4″ thick doors.

5. Vertical dimension: From centerline of cylinder or thumb turn to top or bottom of door.
