Grind Countersinks, step drills and Taps (taps up to 3/4) on a CUTTERMASTER
The Cuttermasters Production Support Package, CM-PS2is the recommended kit for countersinks. It includes a 5″ or 6″ CBN for HSS (or diamond for carbide) plated face wheel and countersink grinding cam set. The cams fit over the standard CUTTERMASTER air spindle. Six piece cam set for zero, one, two, three, four, and six flute countersinks with two clearance options for each.

- Zero and 1-Flute, two cams: .02 and .03 lift
- 2-Flute, two cams: .04 and .065 lift
- 3-Flute, two cams: .31 and .062 lift
- Cam follower and tensioner
- Choose CBN for HSS countersinks or diamond for carbide
- Choose 5 or 6 diameter face wheel (standard Cuttermaster wheel guard is 5)
