This Losmandy 4″ VMM male to male dovetail plate lets you put Losmandy Vixen-style mounting accessories and secondary equipmenton with a Losmandy DVSBS (side by side dovetail plate) used with an equatorial mount.
This new design male-to-male dovetail is very lightweight. This makes this new VMM ideal for imaging and observing situations where saving weight is critical due to mount payload capacity limits. The Losmandy VMM consists of a hollow four-sided square tube with inward-tapering sides. Each side fits into the dovetail slot in one side of a DVSBS, while the opposite side accepts Losmandy Vixen-style accessories such as the #VA dovetail accessory adapter. It is 4″ in length and 1.625″ square.
