Installation

Template Options and Installation Instructions

When selecting between imperial and metric templates, opting for metric templates is advised for achieving precise door and frame preparation.

Installation Steps:

1. Attach the clamping device securely to the routing frame using the clamp rods.
2. Adjust the clamping device to match the rebate construction and fix it in place using fastening screws.
3. Position the milling frame accurately on the workpiece.
4. Insert the template and make initial adjustments based on standard rail and angle values.
5. Fine-tune the adjustments using the spindles.
6. Clamp the routing frame firmly to the workpiece using the clamping wheel.

• Universal Milling Frame Jig sold separately.
• All indicated dimensions of angle and rail are just standards which may vary on the actual measurements depending on the construction. Where applicable, a trial routing is recommended.
